Sony began to fuel interest in the upcoming flagship smartphone Xperia 1 IV. In a short video, travel photographer Pierre T. Lambert talks about the important characteristics of the camera, hinting at the future novelty of the Japanese company.
In the video titled “The new generation of Xperia for content creators,” it is said that the smartphone from Sony will be comparable to professional cameras. It will get “great lenses” and give users “more options to create content.”
At the moment, there is information that the flagship will receive a triple camera unit with three sensors of 48 megapixels measuring 1/1.28 inches. It will include the main module with OIS, an ultra-wide-angle lens and a telephoto camera with optical approximation. It is assumed that the smartphone will be built on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip and will receive a 4K display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Thus, this will be the first device with such a combination. It is also indicated about the side fingerprint scanner, water protection according to the IP68 standard and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
