A premium service is an enterprise subscription model that allows you to access multiple exclusive features for a fee. New features include the ability to use a business account on up to 10 devices so the brand can further expand its presence. This feature is said to be in development, as indicated in a previous WABetaInfo report. This is in addition to the existing multi-device feature, which allows you to add up to 4 devices.

This also includes the ability to create customizable WhatsApp chat links for businesses to attract more customers. Again, this was recently spotted by WABetaInfo. Proper domain names will be preceded by “” and can be changed every 90 days. Businesses can come with links and check if they are available for use.

WhatsApp also has a new cloud API that will provide all businesses and developers with free and secure cloud hosting services for easy access to WhatsApp features.
